Put the prepared food to be baked into a baking tray that has been smeared with cooking oil.
Plug in the power plug.
Turn the changeover switch to the full load position, that is, both the upper and lower heating elements are powered on simultaneously, and turn the temperature regulator to the desired temperature position. After a certain period of time, the indicator light goes out, indicating that the oven has reached the preheating temperature.
Use a handle fork to put the baking tray with the food to be baked into the oven.
When automatic timing control is required, turn the timer to the 预定 baking time; if automatic timing control is not required, turn the timer to the “long connection” position.
During the baking process, observe at any time whether all parts of the food are heated evenly. If necessary, turn the baking tray around with a handle fork.
When the baking reaches the 预定 time, turn the changeover switch and the temperature regulator back to the “off” position, unplug the power plug, take out the food, and after the oven cools down, wipe the oven cavity, the oven door and the accessories clean.
