1. The top and door of the electric oven are relatively hot. Do not touch them with your hands when using it. When taking out or putting in the baking tray, be sure to use a fork with a handle. Do not let your hands touch the heater or other parts of the oven cavity to avoid burns.
2. The heater of the electric oven has a certain thermal inertia. It takes 2 – 3 minutes for the surface of the heater to reach the normal operating temperature after being powered on. When power is cut off, it also takes a certain amount of time to cool down. Understanding this characteristic of the heater helps to turn on or off the heater power in advance according to the baking degree of the food.
3. Always preheat the oven before putting food in it.
4. Due to the heat dissipation of the oven door, the food near the oven door is always slightly less baked. To make the food on each part of the baking tray baked evenly, you can turn the baking tray around halfway through the baking process and then continue baking.
5. For safe use of electricity, the electric oven should be well grounded.
6. After each use of the electric oven, wait until it cools down and then wipe it clean. The baking tray and grill can be washed with water, but do not wash the oven door, oven cavity, and outer shell with water. Wipe them with a dry cloth. When food juice sticks to the oven cavity, baking tray, and grill and carbonizes after baking, making it difficult to clean, you can gently wipe it off with cuttlefish bone dipped in water or with dishwashing liquid.
